At By Saakinah, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges in accordance with the policy below.
Made-to-Measure Orders
All made-to-measure garments are crafted exclusively to your individual measurements. As these pieces are bespoke, they are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Returns & Exchanges
Ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and free from marks, stains, perfume, or odours.
- Be in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Not have been altered in any way.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the sender.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several working days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or design, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
